Airport Pricing Guide

Base Rate

Base rates are based on 3 passengers with 3 bags. Check out our pricing to learn more.

Extra Stops

All additional stops added to the transportation route are subject to an extra cost of $10 to $25.

No Fees/Tolls

All tolls, airport fees, and fuel charges necessary for the transport are included in the base rate.

Customized trips are available with a 4 hour minimum 6 passenger
  • SUV $85/hour + Gratuity 6 passenger
  • Van rates are 5 hour minimum
  • Van $95/hour + Gratuity 10 passengers
  • Van $110/hour + Gratuity 14 passengers

Tips: TIP ARE GENERALLY NOT INCLUDED ON YOUR INVOICE - INDUSTRY STANDARD TIP IS 20%

If you do not tip your driver, or you short tip the driver the 20% due to subpar service you MUST contact the office that same day to inform the office of a problem so that charge doesn't go on your card and also so we can promptly deal with any issues.

​IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE THE HOV LANE PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR DRIVER - DRIVERS GENERALLY USE HOV UNLESS DIRECTED NOT TO DO SO.

Trips To The Airport:

If your driver waits longer than 10 minutes past your scheduled pick up time for you to board the vehicle there will be a $3 per minute charge. Other clients have reservations after yours and are expecting your driver to be on time for their service, so please be considerate of their time. This charge covers possible outsourcing fees for affiliate coverage. (again, this does NOT apply to pickups AT the airport)

Car Seat Information:

For your convenience we can provide a toddler car seat or booster seat for $5 charge per seat (pending availability). There is no charge for us storing your car seat while you are away. Car seat use or storage must be booked over the phone only and you must specify the age of the child so we can provide the correct cars seat. We do not have infant seats.

​IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are leaving a car seat with us you MUST notify the office 774-294-3408 that there is a car seat that will be stored with us and needs to go back in for the return trip pick up. Car seat must also be tagged by client with name and date of return. It is important and mandatory that you inform our office via phone, NOT your driver. If you do not check in with the office and only inform your driver we can not be responsible if the car seat is forgotten for your return pick up.

Weather / Traffic / Mechanical Problems:

If the weather causes a safety risk and we feel the vehicle you reserved would not be safe to send we reserve the right to change to a vehicle that will be safer, and will accommodate the number of people in your party. If your flight or reservation gets cancelled due to weather we will do our best to accommodate your rescheduled arrival if we have availability. We are not responsible for unforeseen mechanical failure, our fleet is maintained on a daily basis by our full time mechanic but unfortunately mechanical failures do occur. Also, traffic accidents that cause our late arrival are also unavoidable and can't be foreseen. We also reserve the right to have the option of sending a vehicle of equal or greater value if a mechanical problem.

Proof read your invoice for accuracy, we are not responsible for missed errors. We track all incoming flights, we will accommodate late arrivals. Early arrivals will not always be able to be accommodated as we have clients going in to the airport in conjunction with your scheduled arrival.

Terms and conditions:

Stella's Livery Service shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.

​Stella's Livery assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle. You will be billed to return any item left in the vehicles.

Cleaning and Damage Fee

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00.
